Strategies for scaling a circular/sustainable fashion business.

The speaker will be Pilar Prior Fernández an expert in Sustainability in the Fashion sector and in production processes of textile production chains. She advises and mentors textile companies and professionals in the integration of social and environmental objectives in the organizations, accompanying the implementation of strategic policies and projects that improve ESG impacts and risks with a consumer-focused approach.

Pilar has more than 20 years of experience in the sector, having worked as Senior Manager of Sourcing, Production and Quality in companies such as Hoss Intropia and Pepe Jeans, and has recently been Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at AWWG, in charge of the creation and implementation of the first sustainable strategies, objectives and products in all the group's brands to support their transformation.

During her career she has led people initiatives, promoted efficiency and ethics in production and contributed to the transformation and integration of new sustainable cultures in organizations.

She is a team trainer in Sustainability and in Supply chain and Production processes in the textile industry in different business and educational centers. She also facilitates Ecodesign and Circular Economy workshops with Design Thinking tools.

She is also a Coach in Neurolinguistic Programming and a promoter of ethical and collaborative leadership in teams.
