For this workshop we will be joined by Silvia Gómez Cisneros: a designer, strategic consultant, teacher, and mentor, who will share her knowledge of the current fashion landscape, sustainable trends, the role of a good designer --and what she understands as good design-- and how we can position ourselves to create ethical fashion in the future.

Silvia is a creative with extensive experience in design, creative direction and execution of global design projects, as well as in training, research and strategic consulting for socio-environmental innovation projects and brands with impact. She is part of the teaching staff of IED Madrid, where she teaches Fundamentals of Design in the Fashion School and Sustainability Applied to Fashion in the Management and Communication Department as well as Styling and Fashion Image. 

Silvia has also participated as co-director, coordinator, teacher and mentor in social impact projects to support disadvantaged female entrepreneurs in the field of ethical and sustainable fashion. She works regularly as a designer, creative director and strategic consultant in social and environmental innovation and research projects in the fields of culture, fashion and textile.
